The Snitz Creek Cabinet Shop proudly warrants its custom kitchen cabinetry to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship to the original owner for the lifetime of the warranty.
This warranty covers the craftsmanship of the cabinet boxes, doors and functional hardware.
Natural aging or darkening of wood color, variation in wood and grains, normal wear and tear are
typical in solid wood, and are not considered defects. Over time gaps may develop in door joints
from temperature and humidity changes, these gaps are not subject to repair or replacement as
they are a normal part of the aging process. This warranty does not include damage due to misuse,
abuse, improper storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
Please note that the Snitz Creek Cabinet Shop continuously strives to provide the best quality
products to its customers and therefore, due to progress and possibly other circumstances outside
its control, identical replacement parts may not be available. Snitz Creek Cabinet Shop cannot be
held liable in the case that the replacement parts are different than parts originally supplied at
the time of purchase. As time progresses, natural and environmental elements will alter the
appearance of wood products; Snitz Creek Cabinet Shop will make its best efforts to match the
appearance of the original products, but cannot be held responsible if the color match is not
perfect.
Should a defect in the material or workmanship arise during the warranty period, Snitz Creek
Cabinet Shop reserves the right use its judgment to either repair or replace the defective part(s).
This warranty includes only the parts and materials which were supplied by Snitz Creek Cabinet Shop,
and does not cover costs for removal or reinstallation of countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances
or labor costs.
